Your games

You keep ownership of games you upload. By publishing, you confirm you have the right to everything in them (code, art, audio) and you grant us a license to host and display them. Don't upload anything illegal, adult, hateful, infringing, or malicious.

Earnings & payouts

The platform keeps 10% of revenue; developers split the remaining 90%in proportion to their games' valid plays. Until a real ad network is connected, all figures shown are estimates, not amounts owed. For the initial period, earnings accrue but are not paid out while payment and tax systems are being set up.

Fair play

Artificially inflating plays or ad activity (bots, click rings, incentivized traffic) is prohibited and results in forfeiture of earnings and removal. This protects every honest developer and the platform's ad accounts.

Takedowns

We may unlist or remove any game that violates these terms or is the subject of a valid complaint. Copyright owners can submit a DMCA notice via Contact.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for user-uploaded games or for losses arising from use of the platform.
